Buying a home from us is an easy process. Once you decide to purchase, you will need to take the following steps:
1 - Contact Pete at 602-328-0936 so he can prepare a contract for you.
2 - Get a cashier’s check for $2,000 made out to Security Title, with the address of the property in the memo. This will be your earnest deposit.
3 - Take the cashier’s check to Security Title at 3636 N Central, 3rd Floor, meet the Title Agents, sign the contract and deposit earnest funds.
4 - Schedule to fund the balance and sign the closing documents on or before the agreed closing date.
- If you need a Hard Money Loan, please make sure you let us know at the time of committing to the property.
- If you plan to use a Credit Card, please make sure you let us know at the time of committing to the property.
- If you are going to wire funds, make sure to ask the Title Agent for wiring instructions.
Please remember, you can close as soon as the title work is prepared.
- All property sold As-Is, Clean Title will be conveyed, Buyer pays all closing costs (typically less than $1,000)
