Bakerson now invites you to earn money selling property.  Whether you are a private individual, investor, or licensed realtor, we will pay a fee to you when you help a buyer purchase one of our homes.  The process is very simple.  Join us!!

How our Affiliate Program works:

- Check our Home Page to see what property is available

- Add your fee to our price (You can choose how much you make)

- Have your buyer view the home

- Once they commit, contact Pete - He will handle the rest

All you have to do is bring a buyer.  We will handle the rest of the process.  If your buyer needs assistance with Hard Money, we can provide that for them.
